Thought it was a good session, given me a few points to take away especially around spending time on my development and improving my self promotion.

Another fab session. Paul and Jen worked very well together and delivered the sessions in a positive and engaging way. Again I enjoyed the opportunity to break out to discuss particular topics with others.

The content of this course, the discussion and input from Paul and Jen was excellent. I learned new things and was reminded of the importance of others. I came away with things that I can deliver and do differently. It is totally on me to make them happen but thought it was really practical information, guidance and support.

It set out in theoretical and practical steps how to negotiate a minefield in the business world. I will be using the suggestions and guidelines over the coming months.

Course content was relevant as were the materials. It's a bit different attending a course over zoom rather than in person, but it was handled really well with just the right amount of interaction and breakouts. Looking forward to the next one I'm doing next month.

Very good course so far. Only shame is limited time to talk about things and discuss things in depth and listen to others on what they took from it so we can get a balance view and see what other people think about these things.

I would say the confidence section today was the most relevant and interesting to me. I think how I can apply this to my day to day job and really start thinking about how my confidence affects my work will be really key in my success going forward
