The breakout sessions are too short. 15 mins will be great for more effective thinking.
As this is a global program, It would be good to include examples relevant to the APAC participants as well, not just British/UK-eccentric examples or stories. It creates an impression that the materials seem less inclusive and diverse.
The content was very useful and relatable to many of the challenges I face in my work and personally as well. I liked the reminders that confidence is something that I can build and control. I enjoyed the 3-2-1 exercise that we did from our own perspective as well as from our manager/partner's perspective to help build confidence. I enjoyed the breakout sessions and time to discuss in smaller groups.

I think the course was good but could have been so much better. Alot of feedback was provided prior to the course about the challenges faced when working in the organisation I work in and I dont think alot of those points were covered during the course and if they were, they were just touched on rather than being a focus of the course or looked into in depth. The course needs to be tailored more to the demands and difficulties of working in the business the participants are from. I felt some of the course and materials were very generic rather than being tailored to the business.
I found the content of this course to be particularly useful as I feel I don't involve myself in office politics. So I have taken away plenty of useful tips on how to successfully utilise going forward. Anne and Paul's delivery is excellent and very engaging.
