ABSTRACT Reviews

This session opened up my thought process into how I interact with individuals in both my professional and personal life and how holistic my approach is. I am taking away some really good feedback from other colleagues, and it was really useful to hear this from other areas other than mine.

I feel that we need more thinking space on this and more context in terms of EDI.

I feel it's too early for me to really know what the impact of this will be on my career

Thought it was an interesting session - putting it into practice clearly the challenge - working out the 'so what' is the difficult bit so I think the pace pods are a good idea

Great course which was very well delivered by Anne. It really got me thinking about what makes me tick and how I can look to improve my skills and play to my strengths. Looking forward to the next session.

Came to the session very unsure about my career path but I feel I have a lot to think about after the session and I know how I can start to move this forward

I found it extremely interesting and it has really gotten my brain thinking about how I can progress my career. I am really looking forward to the course and my development, and working closer with others around the business to provide and receive support.
