some concepts I will take away such as MEGRA to constantly assess and prioritise clients / ensuring I enhance my personal brand by letting my personality come through during work/client interactions. Other concepts I did not find powerful or engaging enough from a Sales coaching perspective.
Really interesting topics, in the follow up from Abstract it would be good to get their recommended rading material on the various areas if there were key books etc they were referring to
Simon was a good facilitator overall, engaging and personable. There was a small timing issue on the first session where I felt the second half of the session was somewhat rushed. I liked that the sessions were reasonably short, my focus tends to wane towards the end of full/ half day training sessions. Furthermore it impacts less on my day to day role which is greatly appreciated.
The content and all materials were great, I learnt many new things and have taken the Ikigai Concept to heart - i bought the book after the first session and this has been of great help to me both personally and professionally
I liked the informal approach which encouraged discussion. Very relaxed atmosphere made everyone comfortable to contribute. Content was good and logical. Much is already considered by many in their professional role but it has been useful to formalise these processes and techniques. I found the first session a little too 'woolly' and was unable to identify anything that i didn't already have knowledge of. Third session was most practical and could lead to developing good habits. Sessions were well judged at 90 mins. Quick but anything more seems like a burden on an already busy day.
Having been fortunate to attend a number of similar courses over my career, most of the content was familiar. However, I did take a couple of nuggets away with me and it is always interesting listening to colleagues experiences.
Really useful course and helpful hints and tips to use in future. I will definitely focus on a career plan and seek a mentor to support me.
