A lot of discussion in break out groups, but it would have been good to then discuss the outcomes with the course facilitators which we didn't always do. It would have been more beneficial to have the career discussion on day 2 to give me a chance to think about this. Also guidance on networking Probably didn't help that I was able to see anything about the course before I started it.
Would have preferred more real life examples and a bit more of the how over the what. The course overall seemed a touch basic in terms of defining and exploring the topic. More of an into to org politics for new starts than an accelerator for people that have experienced it for many years.
Very informative and educational course. Very well delivered and will change the way I work.
Excellent course which covered huge ground and to provoke thinking to improve both personally and organisationally EDI.
Interesting concepts to apply to the everyday. Things you never thought to think about. I look forward to applying this training to make a difference with my team.

Really worthwhile and thought-provoking. Plenty to think about and get stuck into in the organisation! The timing with coming out of the pandemic/100% home working was also helpful for some of the big cultural questions we need to be tackling.
I think this was valuable investment by LBS and very worthwhile. Really made me think. the PODS I am hoping to continue. I really wish that I was seeing more faces that I didn't know already at these events. And I would really like to understand what percentage of the managers for whom this was 'mandatory' have joined and completed this training?
