Good stuff

Just like we need time to attend staff networks we need time to apply these learnings in normal working life. PACE pods continuing would be a good thing if there is time.

Really enjoyed this course, felt like all exercises had something I could use both personally and professionally.

I missed the first day unfortunately but the second day was interesting and worthwhile. Great to have time out to think about these things. Thank you.

An easy to follow and fun course on building confidence. Facilitators were super friendly and colleagues engaging. Constructive point from myself would be more techniques that we could use throughout the course.

Helpful course but lacking in more real-world examples from the facilitators which from my perspective made it difficult to bring some of the content and concepts to life.

I felt this will help me in bring both the wider difficult conversation agenda to the fore in my service and in being a more emotionally intelligent leader
