Friendly atmosphere and course leader Introduction too long

Personally , I didn't find the course very useful. I was looking for suggestions/advice on how to deal with difficult conversations with egs. of different scenarios. I felt, we spent more time talking to other attendees in introduction.The slides shown didn't tell me anymore than the basics of any communication skill which we all knew already.

Good course

Too much time spent on initial introduction, rushed through sliedes, not enough discussion

Much of the PESTLE and SWOT were covered in the finance training. Woul have liked to explore coaching setting goals and development opportunities in more depth

Lot of ground to cover I thought the instructor did well

The content was good but could have been covered quicker. The course could have been more tailored to our business.
