The Course was very useful for me starting out in management. Claire was very good conducting the course throughout.
I think the course raised interesting questions and has provoked a different way of thinking about challenging questions, in particular attention to language being used, e.g. no nouns/emotive works or using BUT!

I enjoy the course but for me being 3/4 of a day is too long. Craig is very good with his presentation and clear and easy to take in.
Another brilliant 2 days training Claire loved it again and I have got a lot from this.. ps the chimp got sorted and it’s back in its cage if you know you know
