I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was interactive and very well organised.

It was nice and interesting. Lots of useful information and everyone should know about these. We should all be careful about our behaviors and watch out for others.

Being entirely honest, I was not looking forward to the session and have so much going on that I was distracted at the start. However Claire was fantastic and the course was interesting and interactive so feel as though I will take away so much. The timing was also perfect as I take steps to go back in to the ‘real working world’

Able to identify a number of key triggers around stress, able to resonate more with individuals to be more aware that everyone handles harassment and bullying differently, particularly how it is identified. Overall positive experience.

Good course. Great learning opportunity especially for those in a leadership capacity.
