Engaging trainer - good communication skills - I feel the legal side of the training should have been pre course material .
I understand the PBS much better and also understand recording and assessment, factors affecting behaviour and many more. I also learned new things about primary,secondary and tertiary restrictive measures. Bani and Akin are good trainers and more explanatory .

Really enjoyed the course. Great trainer. Well engaged in group discussions. Friendly, approachable and great people person. Information was delivered in a timely manner with slower approach in more complex areas. Jack was my trainer and he did absolutely well, From the engagement to the teaching and the breaks he did a really great job I wish to have such excellent trainers over and over again because his teaching will want you to learn more.
