I found the course very informative and Jack very knowledgeable with the life experience to back up the practice.
Really enjoyed lot and learned many things and gathered many information from the group and i learned how to save myself and protect.
The content was relevant and interesting. Jack was engaging and thorough in his delivery. There was a good balance of theory, practical, tasks and discussion. I enjoyed the course and feel more confident moving forward.
