The course was very well delivered by Jamie, he is an excellent trainer. This is my 4th training and Jamie has been the best instructor I’ve had. He is very informative. I felt his background not being in residential childcare helped me more as he came at things with a different perspective. Thoroughly engaging and enjoyable and I actually have come away feeling like I have still learnt things and feel more empowered with my skill than ever.

The training was really good. Despite having done this training previously, the trainer kept my group engaged and made the information clear. Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 days.
