Enjoyable course compared to other training I have experienced in my career. The open attitude of Amy made it engaging with real life examples, great discussions and clear information. I feel I have learnt what was required plus much more. Thank you

The refresher training was extremely helpful, especially recognising I had skill fade and struggling to remember techniques. Ben was very engaging and made everyone feel at ease throughout.

Thank you Ben for the training refresher today. This course has been beneficial. I hope that more people can be trained in PBS and restraint. I believe more staff on the ward need this training. There needs to be more focus on clinical intervention holding. There needs to be more focus on this in practice.

This was really amazing, good skills of keeping service user safe and free from harm. The trainer was brilliant and so friendly. I give him 10 over 10

Too much small talk and jokes. It got beyond point long when was no necesary. Practical bit was fun Trainner was good though but didnt feel he was seeing the staff point of view and was here to scold us about how we treated patients. Otherwise very helpfull
