This course has been the best so far, Ben is super good with this I love the level1 and I feel this should be included during induction. My best so far thank you Ben for putting your heart into this.

The training was excellent and essential for all the staff in healthcare. It helped us to have a better understanding about how had situations with patients can be dealt with. It helped us to identify different possible aspects of approaching a situation. Overall it was excellent.

This course has really been helpful, it teaches care givers how communication can be helpful and help calm a situation, and also things to say or ask a patient who is exhibiting “cues” signs. I am really happy and looking forward for a refresher training annually for staffs.
