The training was first class. The course had the necessary "sense of urgency" while, at the same time, we were allowed to ask any questions we had. This is one of the best courses I've ever attended.

I found Ben to be an exceptionally engaging, knowledgeable and professional trainer. He created a comfortable and supportive learning environment, ensuring that everyone felt confident and at ease when developing and practising the skills covered throughout the session. Ben explained each aspect clearly and thoroughly, taking the time to ensure that information was fully understood. He also drew on his own experiences to provide practical, relatable examples, which helped bring the learning to life and made the content easier to understand and retain. His approachable manner, enthusiasm and ability to deliver information in such an effective and engaging way made the session both enjoyable and valuable. Having attended a number of training sessions throughout my career, I can honestly say Ben is one of the best trainers I have had. His knowledge, delivery and genuine commitment to ensuring that everyone gets the most out of the training really stood out.

The course was engaging throughout. Ben was able to make the course interesting and relevant, yet at the same time get across the importance of what we were covering. The three days flew by. This course was much more in depth and realistic than similar courses done previously.
