Very enjoyable and informative training few days that was really well presented I have been in the job 10years and have still learnt things this week thankyou

Ben was very engaging, Ben made me feel confident in my abilities to de-escalate behaviour and with restrictive interventions. Ben and Grace were very supportive in demonstrating real life scenarios in which situations may arise to use restriction

I loved how the trainer and the course details got you hooked and involved In discussions about the various topics relating to the course. Both trainers were amazing they really made you feel welcome and confident throughout the whole course.
