Great and engaging. Learnt many new skills learnt how to re think breakaway skills. Very encouraging to continue.

The training was informative and I have learn a lot which am going to apply it on my ward. Ben was very professional, he took his time to explain into details. Training was long but it wasn’t boring as he let use share our ideas and knowledge and we have a lot of activities. He also has previous experience which he applied on the training. Thank you Ben

I found this course really useful, engaging and fun. The theory side was very informational and useful, whilst the practical side was so fun but also educational for us too.
