As interesting as it was the course was unnecessarily long. It was pitched at the wrong level for the qualified staff that were in attendance. It could have been reduced by half at least or made into a mandatory online training.

Kristie is a great and fabulous trainer, she engaged us pretty good and I enjoyed every bit of the training, it was very productive and I’m glad she was our trainer.

I really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot of new ways of using positive behaviour and break aways if I need them. Kirstie was an amazing trainer and really explained things for us.
