Excellent course delivery. Understood every bit of the training It was theoretical and practical The trainer (Linsey ward) interacted well. It was fun and engaging. The breaking techniques was well carried out. She also outlined what influences challenging behavior such as life experience(upbringing), Race, culture etc. She spoke about STEPS S-Space T- Touching E-eye contact P- posture S-speech. It was quite engaging.
