Excellent interaction and delivery

Really informative and went into depth about behaviour strategies that we already implement, which will help us improve current practices. The handbook was great too and will help in the future. Jamie was lovely, very knowledgeable and personable.

Really useful trainer was relatable and gave lots of great scenarios

Jamie made a difficult topic fun to listen to. Slight word of caution, the use of profanity could be less or eliminated completely

It’s been really engaging, suited to all the different roles we had in the room. I think the main thing I’ll take from it is understanding different people’s baseline snd how this impacts how quickly their behaviour may change. It’s given me more context for why this might be .

The course was brilliant, it was engaging, full of relevant information which was easy to digest, and shared experiences/scenarios/stories to highlight the information and for me give me something to help it stick.
