Training was tailored to work needs, taught to the level of my understanding, practical with many examples and scenarios that was relevant. Trainer was intentional with pace, recap and repetition of key learnings that made it easy to remember. On the whole I have appreciated the concepts taught and can easily apply to practice.

Very clear enjoyable course. A lot learnt. Have more knowledge around positive behaviour and how to manage challenging behaviour and protecting yourself in potentially dangerous situations

It was a good refresher training for me from last time. Covered every topics which need to be and also the trainer got knowledge to show physical and theory skills around the training

Very helpful and useful information with both theory and practical work. Ron is a really good trainer and very helpful, took time to go over things and was reassuring. Good breaks to allow staff to recoupe, and accomodating with drinks and snacks. Ron gave good, honest feedback and made you feel comfortable. I learnt some really good techniques which will help me in certain situations if/when required, which allow me to work safely.

Course was really interactive and i gained lot of knowledge. The way course was delivered by Liam made the big difference he was super interactive and gave opportunities for everyone to speak.
