I really enjoyed the PBS training. It has helped me understand Positive Behaviour Support better and taught me how to support individuals in a person-centred, respectful, and safe way. I learned the importance of understanding the reasons behind behaviours, using proactive strategies to prevent incidents, promoting communication and independence, and always maintaining the individual’s dignity and rights. The trainer explained the topics clearly, and I now feel more confident in applying what I have learned in my support role. Thank you for such an informative and engaging training.
