Amazing course - it’s worth Class room was clean and warm Trainer Dane, made the class interesting and friendly approach.
Great course to learn how to cope with behaviours of concern. Not just at work but all areas of life. Dan was a great teacher, and I felt I have learnt new techniques to support me in difficult situations in work. Venue was great with enough space for the practical elements.
