AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Jack is an excellent trainer. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has a great ability to make the course both informative and enjoyable rather than feeling like a chore. The course has significantly increased my confidence in using physical restraint safely and appropriately. Thank you, Jack!

Response: Thank you, Yazid. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear you found the course both informative and enjoyable. It’s great to know Jack’s professional and engaging approach strengthened your confidence and understanding, while reinforcing that restrictive interventions should only be considered as a last resort, when necessary, proportionate and in line with least restrictive practice.

The course was delivered well by Ben. Interactive with everyone, explained everything thoroughly and ensured we understood as we went along. Never completed breakaway training before so learnt a lot of new strategies today.

The course was dynamic, engaging and informative. Developed skills that can be used in both work and personal life. The course trainer Ben was, as per level 1 highly engaging, knowledgeable and made learning fun.
