Is very educative, because I learn a lot which will not only help me in my work place but outside the world and how to manage my family

The training is a good one. It gives the right skills on how to work with the young adults and support them to live meaningful lives. The tutor/trainer knows what he is doing. He is professional, calm and knows where to go over the training again by using reinforcement. Kudos to him.👏

Really good refresher training session. Lissa was really engaging and I found it really useful reflecting on the YP we currently have in service as I felt this course was catered to their personal needs.

Trainer was very approachable, extremely interactive and inclusive. I learnt a lot about understanding behaviour and feel that I will adopt a different approach to behaviour going forward on my role.
