Lee is a Fantastic trainer, really engaging and understanding. Extremely helpful and willing to explain things in ways each of us understands. Absolutely amazing course, Lee was very professional but made it realistic and easy to understand. I really did learn lots from it and now feel very confident within my work role.

So much information given that opens your eyes. Learning the break away techniques was fun but also eye opener to how they actually do work. Ben was great and made the course fun which made me engage more.

The trainer Ben was brilliant he was a time served carer so I got the feeling he knew how we thaught he was very good at teaching us and I learnt a lot from him and it is very good to know Brill course and very good

The whole course was very good, I learnt alot about different behaviours and how to deescalate then, the trainer made me feel very comfortable and interacted with us all very well I feel this course will help me at work but also at home with my own children top course
