Extremely informative course, very interesting to learn about the arousal method and how behaviours can escalate / de-escalate. Learning about behaviours and how it isn't "attention seeking" but a form of communication. Really opened up my views to how I perceive a patient and how I can use what I have learnt in the future. Ben was very informative and extremely engaging, probably the best course I've been on this year
Ben was so lovely and very well educated. I learnt a lot about the way people of all abilities think. It was really helpful when Ben gave examples. Ben kept the session engaging which I found amazing and kept it from being boring and me not paying attention.

Was again very engaging, Barry did amazing with the presentations of break aways and gave us a really good understanding. Making the warm up fun and engaging, making us switch on enough to pick the break aways up fast.
