The course was interesting and delivered very well by the trainer, the only thing I felt I needed for my service would be how to work with 'pushers' otherwise very useful
Really useful refresher in which Andy gave me some great ideas about how to make the theory elements of the course more interactive for the learners. Kirstie was great at refreshing my memory about some of the physical skills I haven’t used/taught in a while.
Brilliant refresher, was great to see Andy. Was really good to go over the content of PBS, speaking about the theory side and also the practical side of things. It was nice to get positive feedback at the end of the course, great venue, great discussions.. keep doing what your doing Andy amazing, all my questions answered.
More easy to understand. The trainer makes it to appear or sound fun .i enjoyed it.
