An excellent mix of theory, practical and different teaching methods. Scott is really knowledgeable and put people at ease. We all felt able to contribute and I felt that everyone was included.
I have gained so much more knowledge and understanding of physical restraints and how to manage behaviours of concern. The trainer (Scott) was amazing and really made us all feel relaxed. I like the way he delivers the sessions, he has a wealth of knowledge and lived experience and was able to share so many stories with us that really helped to understand the subject he was teaching. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much!

The course was well explained. It was interactive and the methods were demonstrated clearly. Although, I wouldn’t like to think of using these methods, in a scenario and if I was to use them, I would feel confident to.
Fantastic trainer who focussed on the theory carefully and thoughtfully. It was so good to have so much focus on understanding the function of behaviour and the impact trauma has on young people’s behaviour.
