AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

I was quite nervous about the subject before, feeling a bit more confident about my own ability and self belief now. I liked the fact the main focus was on how to de-escalate and that RPI is an absolute last resort. It makes me feel supported as a member of staff that everyone is trained the same and that I will get help and support if I need it.
