It was a great course, which was very hands on and greatly informative and I found it entertaining and will be incredibly useful to my carer career.

The course was informative and the trainer was engaging and the practical elements were helpful making everyone realistic. Breakawya training helped as doind practical training on different tactics boosted confidence as I was able to participate as well as ask questions wre I was not confident.
