AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Interesting part two training with Ben following part 1. Both trainings tie in well with eachother. Again, very informative and kept us engaged throughout the training. I feel more comfortable approaching these situations now. Thankyou Ben

Great to orientate my thinking towards being more flexible with patients and having more psychologically-oriented discussions with colleagues

Kirstie was a brilliant trainer, I have massively learnt a lot about the way I think I’m my work life and my home life (being a parent to my little boy). Very knowledgeable and would have been honoured if she looked after myself or one of my relatives. Thankyou so much :) x

Kirstie was a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable with fun and relevant stories to help the day along. We get people into clinic who are already escalating and this course will be great in helping to de-escalate situations .

Response: Thank you, Corinna, for your lovely feedback. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the session and that Ben helped create such a relaxed and supportive learning environment. It's great to know you left feeling confident.

Very good. Revision rather than new learning but very important nonetheless. I will endeavour to always try to consider the arousal model in relation to patients and to always treat people as individuals. Whilst we all try to do this, sometimes we forget!

Great course. Useful examples. Quite long with a lot of sitting but the interaction was great and kept us alert. A good basis and I am interested in the second level to bring it all together
