I think it would be good to discuss challenging behaviours from family/friends. I found the course really interesting and it is good to have it delivered by a specialist in the area who was really enthusiastic about the topic.

2 very good trainers, very engaging and very supportive
I think the course was well put together with physical intervention and also with the materials used on power point my trainers were very knowledgeable not only in specific areas but on all and would highly recommend for future training
Course was very clear and thorough and taught me more about the job i’m going into given me an insight into better comminication and understanding. Both trainers very descriptive and take time for everyone to ensure every has a understanding

Although some of the course was a refresher, there were quite a few new things which I learned. Kirstie was so knowledgeable and made the course so enjoyable, despite it being a long day. A really valuable course for me.
