Trainer was very informative and even went above and beyond to elaborate on confusing areas. Overall I feel my knowledge and understanding of PBS has greatly improved which will reflect on my practice in work.

Trainer made the training very easy to memorise, felt i took all the content in really easily thanks to him, also assisted with all escapes in a way everyone could get no matter their skill. Enjoyed the course.
