Thank you Kirstie, I have attended other training before and what I do is watch the clock run, your class gave me confidence to approach my duties with assurance, The teaching skill was interactive and you made it all fun as we learn, once again thank you, lest I forget, thanks for keeping to launch breaks.

It is an important course and I gained a lot of knowledge during the training, that’ll be vital as I carry out my day to day work as a support worker.
