Great course to refresh my knowledge and discuss cases happened in real life at work
Yearly refresher, great course with some changed from last year. Delivery presents well and I was able to understand, trainer able to answer question and give advice of how situations can be avoid with pro active strategies.
Ripley dealt well with a large crowd and always ensured that the group understood before continuing. Enjoyable refresher session. Thank you.
