Response: Hi Lucy. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It's great to hear you enjoyed the refresher course.
Very good refresher I was able to get some good tips that will be useful for my staff with current packages. Both trainers were very helpful.
Really helpful refresher. Excellent course delivery. Really helpful discussion with other trainers.
Helped me to focus on key areas for delivery and reminded me of a few of the finer points of the physical skills teaching. Trainer promoted really good discussion amongst the group, which gave me several points to look at further in my own work context.
Very informative session, it was great to exchange experiences with other associate trainers. Enjoyed it a lot.
Good to refresh and check content of the course, plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss within the group.
