Really good course Trainer made us feel comfortable and engaged
A very enjoyable course. Instructor was engaging, funny and uplifting over the 3 days. It was easy to retain knowledge as Johnathan was always fun and helpful. Loved it :)))

John delivered the course extremely well and kept everyone engaged throughout the whole course
John is a fantastic trainer, a massive knowledge base with a huge wealth of experience. The training was delivered in a fun and upbeat way and also the use of compassionate tone and respect was used throughout when the subject matter was of a very sensitive nature.
