Very informative course, the trainer was great and knowledgable and friendly. I’ve definitely learnt some new skills.

Loved it

It was my first time ever doing any physical intervention training or restrictive training and it was such a great experience. Racheal was very enthusiastic and brilliant and demonstrating the new skills. Had a great time!!
