Great training as it was very helpful, Lindsey communicated very clearly I learnt so much.
The PBS training was really detailed and interesting as well. Linsey made the class very practical and carried everyone along during both the theory and practical sessions. I've also learned the right way to address residents including the best way to de-escalate them whenever their baseline is high. Thank you Linsey... It was a good learning time.
