Very in depth course!

I’ve been very impressed with this course. All of the trainers were approachable, patient and encouraging. They communicated information very clearly. They made me feel calm and empowered even when taking on lots of new information particularly about tertiary strategies. I can’t fault them at all and I really appreciate being given this in depth and useful training.

Rachael delivered the training really well. She made it really interesting, relevant and real. She gave us all the theory but also translated into real life scenarios that brought PBS to life.
