AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Absolutely loved it. The roulette game was a good addition to the training and helps to break down the training. Also helps the group to be calm and to have fun.

Lee was very good. Clear and concise information and a good approach to teaching. Lee was great at answering questions and listening to them and evolving the course to our specific role and environment.

I really loved this second day of training, very interesting regarding human behaviors and challenging at the same time. I did the first day with Lee and so today again, which I appreciate cause he made both days to be very dynamic and interesting. He's very clear explaining what to do in each situation and adding examples to it. Thanks!

Really positive experience with Sherwood’s. Interesting seeing the difference with previous training I have had with restraint training, with a different provider. The gradient approach will defiantly help support my practice working with CYP. Kirsty is a great practitioner, very knowledgeable with good insight into clinical reasons of holds.

Enthusiastic, thoughtful and informative! All restrictive practices are carefully taught and I believe they look much better to those who may see them, they keep everyone safe

Lovely trainers. Funny and polite. They made the refresher trainer so relaxing and didn’t make us role play which was fantastic
