AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Brilliant and informative. Made it easy for me to learn the Restrictive practicals and emphasis on these being THE LAST OPTIONS after everything else has failed .

The trainers Liam and Kirsty was really interactive and had a laugh with the group and was serious in a good engaging informative way. Even when struggling they came to a 1:1 basic with us which was more private and I was able to learn better. I like to have a laugh throughout the training due to it having more impact on learning the skills and information and this was perfect, the trainers kept my attention constantly when I am a fidgeter and get distracted. It was really fun and the information has definitely stood in my head.

Incredibly fun and Informative course with techniques and information that actually works. The trainers are fun and enjoyable to be around which makes learning easier Point for potential improvement, maybe think about doing the 1-man turn before the 2 man turn to help with the confusion of some people on which leg to use and which way to turn.

I have ADHD so I can find training difficult, Liam and Kirsty made the course so engaging and took the time to make sure I understood and if I was struggling they took the time to explain it to me and never made me feel stupid, they made me feel confident. I really enjoyed each day and learned so so much
