EC Council materials were very good. Labs were good, but very superficial and just introductory. They gave exposure, but not a working knowledge. The accessibility of the labs after the course is something which is critical to supplement the course, to continue to build expertise and experience.
the introduction of certmaster helped out masterfully and was an easier platform to understand using this along with teacher instruction and the use of relative examples made it great to undertand.
I would highly-recommend this instructor to any student and I would definitely place him on top of my favorite preferences. Do NOT let this instructor leave for any reason! Incredible asset for LeaderQuest! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This was a good foundations class. I've taken some business classes and ITIL concepts were very similar to those courses.
Learned so much over the duration of this course and I am looking forward to taking my newly acquired knowledge into the workplace.
I could have used another week wi6h shorter class times
Overall the course was very well given and planned out.
