The course was very "bare-bones", a teach to the test approach. I would've liked to have been provided the full official course textbook without having to go buy it on my own. More time would have helped immensely and would have allowed the deeper dive this subject matter deserves. I'd be lost had I not studied on my own. It's imperative that the instructor be not only well versed with the course work but the delivery software/web portal as well.

I would have liked more time to do labs. I work a lot and only allotted time for the time requested. Maybe 30min-1hr would be nice for labs since they take FOREVER.

This course presented a lot of material that needed to be covered in a 2 weeks time. The time provided for these classes is not a lot of time for the amount of material to be covered. LeaderQuest or ACI need to re-think their approach and make these classes longer. I know their test rate failure is higher than the success rate of their students passing the TEST taking it for the 1st time. The layout of the class and material is good but the class time needs to be re-evaluated. In order to successfully have students passing you need to have more times for the classes and really good people who can teach their audience. 2 weeks is not cutting it.

This was quite a bit more difficult than A+ 1001 and 1002, I feel more time should be allotted for the course outside of the five days. Instructor did a great job and did engage often.

Instructor is highly-knowledgeable and uses personal experiences plus scenarios to help the students retain information within a condensed period of time.

I would like more time to let the material sink in but I do like the fact that we have access to it up to a year so I can always come back and review it even after our course is over.
