Would highly recommend new LeaderQuest students take this course.
This was a good foundations class. I've taken some business classes and ITIL concepts were very similar to those courses.
Learned so much over the duration of this course and I am looking forward to taking my newly acquired knowledge into the workplace.
I could have used another week wi6h shorter class times
Overall the course was very well given and planned out.
Class was just right and enjoyed the mornings.
