Overall a good course. A lot packed in it for the two weeks for ITIL but you get a lot out of it for the real world
This was a new experience for me starting at the beginning of the IT world as far as general knowledge goes but I can say that overall I am satisfied with this remote learning experience.

Course is too quick. Too much info not enough time to really take it in.
I especially love the number of resources and study materials that are available. The mobile app recommendation really helps for studying on-the-go.
