Very informative information on the foundation of ITIL
Was a great course. I was re-certifying and this class was a lot better than my last class.
Good review course with lots of information in a small amount of time. If your new to the Cybersecurity world this will give you a taste but it's just not enough time to really get in-depth instruction on the subject. Still, a really good course if you're familiar with the subject matter and you're just wanting a refresher.
Great course. I did not know anything about ITIL before coming into the course, but I learned a lot about improving an organization through the material taught here.
For my learning curve, I feel I need more time to learn and absorb with security information. Otherwise I feel I could gain from the program and course.
I am glad that one of the faculty staff took the time to contact me for this IT course. I've been more equipped to put for forward in trying to get in the IT field now. Even though I have an associates in IT,I haven't used any of that knowledge in years. So this refresher is right on time.
I feel very confident about moving forward to taking my ITIL 4 certification,
I feel like there was a lot more labs and homework than time allotted for the class I started feeling a bit overwhelmed
