AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, approachable trainers are the provider’s standout strength, with attendees valuing clear explanations, real-world examples, patience and support that build confidence. They find the teaching engaging and practical, supported by labs, videos, quizzes and flexible online resources, and say the learning strengthens certification readiness, troubleshooting skills and job searches. Career guidance, including CV, LinkedIn and interview advice, also proves useful. Some feel the accelerated timetable and lab/platform design leave too little time for hands-on practice.

I did learn the ITIL V Foundation and topics covered at a high level.

this course is torture to the uninitiated. Those with some experience still have some difficulty. an extra 2 or three days seems appropriate for learning

Overall, I believe the course and materials were likely adequate for the intended purpose. The only materials I had issues with were the Labs. While there was a substantial amount of information provided, I believe that two weeks was an adequate amount of time to learn the material provided.

With material like this there needs to be some form of hands on learning which is not possible in an online environment. The amount of new information is overwhelming, and all of the material is presented in PowerPoint form.

I really enjoyed the course and the interaction in a virtual environment.

intensive but seriously needing in-person meetings, especially the labs; you have to qualify people when taking the course - no beginners or tad below intermediate IT people; lots of new terms and acronyms and you have to really spend long hours on certmaster

even though virtual learning mode seems to be the "in" thing nowadays, i am old school and would have preferred the in-person learning - it justs accelerates my learning curve with RT connection to the instructor

Please find a different instructor or tell him to use the power points and not make unreadable paint drawings.
