Very good course. It helped me to get a greater understanding of how to address our particular situation.
Overall, the course was great. The information provided about developing scripts using various commands and functions will be very beneficial moving forward. It was a little difficult at times to manage the need to complete the activities, read the manual and view the instructor's screen. Would suggest future users consider printing the pages with the activities to be able to read the steps while completing them.
The ACL 101 training was straightforward and easy to follow. I appreciate the self directed online training as well. Rita Roberts delivered the material in a clear, methodical yet interesting way. She was unflappable when any issues occurred due to technology or student errors. ACL will be very useful in my job.
I appreciate the overall uses of her examples and pointing out all moves. Sometimes it is hard to work without samples.
This was very useful for my profession. I would highly recommend it to others.
I feel it should be taught 4 hours a day instead of 8

The class was fast and furious and designed for mature people. The Instructor was an absolute professional who applied her real-world experiences as a PM to the lessons, which proved invaluable. There was a student mix of experience levels, but everyone seemed to mesh well although this was an online learning course (not preferred over in-class). Unfortunately, two members of the class wasted time, were obnoxious, and monopolized the Instructor's time and took valuable time away from the rest of the class by asking the same questions over and over, repeating what the Instructor had already stated, and argued the correct answers. Additionally, I recommend students test audio and video equipment PRIOR to the course - big boy rules here; if you ask a question that cannot be heard by the class and the instructor, then this is again, a waste of time. The Instructor handled these interferences to learning extremely well. Come to class prepared, have a notebook, and be on-time. I used a desktop (for the zoom) and laptop (to follow along with the presentations) which worked extremely well. The class layout was very easy to follow and although the book was provided (which I used quite often), many specifics and subjects which the Instructor offered us were not identified in the book (but on the Certification Test). However, with the combination of the book, the quizzes, the slides, and Marcia's PMisms, the lessons were very well laid out and I would not recommend any changes for improvement. Hands down, this is the best economical way to gain your PMP Certification.
