Overall a good course. A lot packed in it for the two weeks for ITIL but you get a lot out of it for the real world
This was a new experience for me starting at the beginning of the IT world as far as general knowledge goes but I can say that overall I am satisfied with this remote learning experience.
Great course, Very glad i have taken it. I love to get more knowledge . Very inquisitive .
Course is too quick. Too much info not enough time to really take it in.
I especially love the number of resources and study materials that are available. The mobile app recommendation really helps for studying on-the-go.
The Course was great and very informative, the way the instructor broke down the terminology to better understand it was really helpful to me
Could have used maybe an additional week of class
