I am writing to express my strong support for Ms. Regina, who works as the front desk receptionist at ACI training school. Over the time that I have known Ms. Regina, I have been consistently impressed by her professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service skills. As the first point of contact for everyone who enters our school, Ms. Regina always greets everyone with a friendly smile and warm welcome. Her positive attitude creates a welcoming and inviting environment for all of our students, staff, and visitors. Ms. Regina is an outstanding communicator with a talent for addressing the needs and concerns of others. She has an excellent memory and frequently remembers details about students and staff, which she uses to personalize their experiences at the school. In addition, Ms. Regina is a skilled multi-tasker who can juggle a range of tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks, all while remaining focused and efficient. Her work at the front desk is essential to the smooth operation of our school. Overall, Ms. Regina is a vital member of our team who has demonstrated a strong commitment to our school's success. Therefore, I strongly recommend that she be considered for a raise. Her contributions to our school are invaluable, and I am confident that she will continue to excel in her role.

I understand the course has time constraints. After getting the knowledge and memorization down, I recommend adding a week to the curriculum specifically for Labs.

Overall my experience with my Instructors and first 3 classes ITIL, A+ core and A+ core were very knowledgeable, as Network + and Security + are the most important certificated during this course, you should consider having a different instructor for them.

I believe the class has great potential but between one student truly failing to grasp the concepts and the instructor being very non linear or not allowing for most to grasp on topic before moving on, there was much left to the imagination.

The instructor was amazing, I'd give him 5/5 stars any day. The information he provided was clear and concise. HOWEVER, the end-of-course test had a lot of material that was not covered by slides or course material. Out of context from course material.. from different types of tests (NOT SEC +). The instructor was very professional and helpful in topics relating to Security +. He did his job amazingly coming from the military in which my first Security + course was terrible. 10000% better this time around. I would recommend Joseph Hornsey to teach any day. There DOES needs to be a review of course material and tests. It's unacceptable to be taught one thing and have a completely different test that is required to pass to get a voucher or a pass of the class. You should be setting students AND the instructor up for success.

Please conduct a team review and correct the test material.

my rating are nothing against the school or instructor its not the best way that i learn

the first instructor did not properly instruct thru all processes of learning, i didnt even know about the test out portion until last week. he just blandly read the slides, while taken long breaks. i dont even think we ever reviewed with him. this 1101 a+ course has shaken my confidence in learning here,

This course is unbelievably powerful in pulling the mind in several directions at once.

As stated before, this course needs to be redesigned. If it was not for how practically flawless ITIL was before this, I would be demanding a refund as the amount of money I paid to take this course was not reflected in in the quality of the course that I had to go through. There was so much wrong with this course that it should probably be scrapped and replaced with something that will actually help the students. If I was a student who had issues with taking tests, my confidence would be shot, and I would be scared to proceed with the following courses and certifications.
