The timeline to complete all four courses was extremely challenging ...to say the least
I think the videos and labs adds a lot to the course. Also, if the e-book was made available for a fee. I did try to print it but it was rather large.
Overall, I’d call it a solid “starter / preparation” platform — especially if you want structured guidance toward certifications and want hands-on labs. But if you want deep, highly advanced knowledge or guaranteed job placement, it’s wise to view ACI Learning as one useful tool among others (books, practice, real-world experience).

great introduction to computer support Teacher was excellent and professional. labs need to be seriously redone and overlooked for more simplicity
instructors were great, materials were okay but a bit on the low performing side and the environment is bare minimum. not worth $14k if it was coming out of my pocket directly.
If this program were marketed as preparation for the certifications, I would give it a high rating. I'm grateful for the opportunity to participate in this certification preparation training.
If you're not doing Udemy online with this, don't take this course.
The IT Pro skills training on all courses suck. Didn't need them, nor did anyone use them.
