needs to be longer, and not a boot camp, so that the information can be retained.

I do not feel prepared to take the voucher test or final certification.

I did not relate to this teacher. I found it extremally boring and I was really looking forward to this class. I had to study on my own. Which can be a good thing for the certification.

It needs to be longer, a person can not retain the information.

BLUF: effective instructor for delivering the necessary material to pass the course. some more small complaints are the instructor pronounces a few words different than i think they are supposed to be pronounced. seems to through me off. not saying the instructor is annoying but when an instructor does little things that are distracting to students, it could make them unwilling to learn from them.

Curtis Whipple is new to teaching, however, he is passionate about teaching and likes to show the tools he used to study. I enjoyed listening to him lecture. Not just clicking through slides.

At the end of the day, I will have to come back and revisit every topic to prep myself for the certs. The time allotted was not enough, even with spending 4 additional hours of my own time to figure out what I just covered that day. The approach needs to be adjusted, to ensure actual learning is taking place.

Worth Repeat here: A total money grab since no one is readily available and when an issue arises, most won't reach back immediately on urgent matters. Only instructors are the most accessible at ACI. All other entities usually ghost us both through my personal experience and through keeping in touch with ACI Peers within Discord or other media platforms. That is why most of us never jump on the monetary incentives to bring in future students. The overall experience is a 1 STAR. But all of you at the ACI administrative level continuously argue with those of us sharing this complaint about ACI as if it will remedy itself by the fact that we all move on, and new fish enter the shark tank at ACI. That a risk you continue to take a chance on but when the fallout hits, nothing will save ACI because either VA (GI Bill, VRE, Vet Tech), Active Duty (Skill Bridge) or Texas Workforce (Ready to Work) programs will continue to receive enough complaints from all of us to those programs funding us that the time will come that ACI will no longer be an approved program to be funded by them. So, you (the person reading this at ACI), you can ignore my input or attempt to continue to improve your processes and at least make your staff accountable for the time it takes them to respond to urgent matters and especially create a survey to address how your career placement department is doing once we are done with our physical courses. Who holds them accountable for the assistance that is already paid for to help with job hunting, resume building, etc. This whole work-from-home business allows for very questionable practices to set in as norms and doesn't allow ACI to keep its staff to continue to make the students' success the overall objective, which equals continued recommendations and free advertisement as we each are living testimonies of either for or against ACI.

We need more emphasis on labs. If we are required to do labs at home, we need at least a week in between to catch up before the next course.
