I really enjoyed and valued the material however I am not sure of the overall ability to pass a class with much material in such a short time period. This is not effective training. These comments are being made prior to the exam. Actually, If the class time period remains the exam option should be omitted. In my option I can't believe there would be a high passer rater.

Overall this was a great course. I haven't used my computer skills in years. But the way the course was set up, my long term memory was activated and helped me to remember and retain new information. I would recommend this course to every one I know that wants to brush up their skills and start a career in the field of IT.
