Appreciate the instruction, the courses were never boring. The material was top notch, and on point which made reading easy to follow. I like the reference material as well.

The class wasn't fun per say, but it was filled with a lot of content, and that content will allow me to obtain my A+ 1001 portion of my certification.

Great content great instructor but just not a system that I learn best from. In the hours I can work with the labs and do the practice exams I began absorbing the information better.

Dr. Mack is great and know alot about security.

For me the content is kind of dry, so in-person instruction would have been better. Maybe a bit more interactive instead of mostly lecture. I'm taking this a 2nd time for that reason. It was hard to stay focused and engaged for 4 hours at night. I really enjoyed reviewing the practice tests together.

I'm a hands on and engaged learner. I'm not the best at watching slides. That's nobodies fault, its just how I personally learn.

I would allow more time for the students to study each day or give more days for the course to be taught out over.

Not an easy one to teach and I really apreciated our particular instructor
