Mr. Hamric can be attributed to this course being engaging/ entertaining, dare I say "fun".. it was informative but understandable for the most part because of how he taught it.
ACI-learning has exceptional instructors with extensive experience in their field. That is priceless because you are receiving real-time training for current world situations.
I received great knowledge and understanding at the level of simplicity.
Again the material in course is perfect just a bit boring and dry during class due to death by power point style of teaching
I enjoyed this course and will recommend it to others looking to begin a career in IT.
I struggle to learn when all I can do is attempt to remember everything that is being taught and presented. Spent two weeks going over protocols, cables, IPs, and so much more and I do not believe I understand or have memorized any more than I did before this course began.
