I did enjoy it, but a lot of my time wasn't used effectively. I couldn't ask all the questions i wanted simply because there wasn't time to do it.

Don't spend too much time on one subject when the course is already a crash course then have to rush through the lessons. I have no IT background.

I appreciate the time put into creating this course but I think the CUSS program could probably be successful without it.

A lot of new information, difficult terminology sometimes make the simple objective of the ITIL much-complicated subject.

The current instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced but the accent barrier was an obstacle that was very difficult for me to overcome. To be direct, the initial instructor soured my overall experience with this course.

I would not take this course again. Knowledgeable people do not always make good or even decent teachers!

Another great course offered up by the the team at ACI. Mr. Fedd was fantastic, really cant say enough.

I could see why this course would be better in person, but the course developers did an excellent job transitioning the material to online.
