Overall, this course was a great learning experience that provided a solid foundation for the CompTIA A+ 1101 exam. It was well-structured, covered all the essential topics, and offered valuable hands-on labs and review materials. Despite the compact timeframe, it delivered a lot of useful knowledge and prepared me well for the certification.
Not an issue to me but every time I opened the slide show it only saved the progress from the first day. Each time I opened the slide show it asked to resume but only had the point saved as what was completed on the first day and I would have to scroll down to the new updated point. Not an issue to me just a flaw in the system.
This course is so valuable in teaching you the necessary skills that one would need to land a job in todays market. I grew in many ways during this class, such as understanding that I have applicable skills from past experience that directly translate into the IT field. I am happy with the many resources that are provided to the students to help them succeed.

Eric was great. Although I was dealing with a lot outside of class, he was patient and understanding of my personal situation and I wanted to ensure that I completed the course on good terms.

To get the most out of this course and prepare for the CompTIA certification, a solid background in IT is highly recommended. The content assumes a baseline level of existing knowledge. Those who lack prior experience may find the material challenging to grasp.
