I enjoy the enviroment.

I would just like to thank everyone at the ACI Learning Colorado Springs location for their help and dedication to their job and the students. This will be an experience that I remember for the rest of my life.

I am very disappointed with this program to date. I was hesitant to enroll because I have zero experience in this field and was told that no experience was needed and that I would learn along the way. This program is too fast-paced for the inexperienced and the instructors cater more to those with experience as they understand the IT language. There is no hands-on work during class and is 90% "death by power point." Most of the labs do not even work so that defeats the purpose of hands-on. I encourage future learners to look at other institutions as they may provide a better learning experience.

This has been a Great experience and I can't wait to dive into my new career (after I Pass My Certs).
