Great course of instruction. I have a better understanding of IT and all the intricate subjects associated with the field.
I appreciate the current structure of the class because it allows me to review and study the homework or lab materials at my own pace, even if I don’t complete everything right away.
It would help if we have a longer break in between classes so that it gives us time to take the CompTIA exam. Because the information is fresh in our minds, the knowledge retention rate is higher and it would be a better transition to complete the exam before we move on to the next subject, especially since the next class we will be acquiring new information and concepts and risk losing the information we have just learned. A longer break also helps us digest the information fully,
Really need to think about testing out as it does nothing if students don't get the certs. Need better coffee and machine.
These classes have been great, and all the instructors are absolutely awesome.
I really enjoy the IT Pro Video's it provided extra support to layer the information.
All the Staff here were wonderful and Very invested in not only my education but every student as well. Will be referring colleuges and friends to ACI Learning in the future. Ms. Terrajh was a wonderful help with every offline issue and a advocate of the students. 5 stars review.
