As a beginner this was helpful. I feel like too much got thrown at me and would have loved smaller trainings. Others might have felt different though. The provided materials and recording I will for sure review multiple times to build my confidence in ACL.
SkillsProTV was worthless, slides sucked, and instructors were great.
Unless you dedicate a FULL 2 weeks of your life to this course, with no distractions, you might not pass the cert exam.
If you're not doing Udemy online with this, don't take this course.
Logan Montgomery is an outstanding instructor. He is highly knowledgeable, informative, and patient. His use of examples and visuals greatly enhances understanding and makes learning easier.
IT Pro videos suck, and slides are sometimes confusing.
The IT Pro skills training on all courses suck. Didn't need them, nor did anyone use them.
Really enjoyed Angels teaching style. I felt i learned as much as i could with the time allotted in classroom. Looking forward to seeing her in next course!
